Maximize your swim season by choosing the correct heater for your pool and/or spa needs. The rule of thumb is to use a Heat Pump in conjunction with a solar cover to maintain temperature in a pool, while a Gas Heater is typically utilized for an attached Pool/Spa combo to quickly bring the spa up to your desired temperature. Additionally, for a separate fiberglass or concrete spa up to 400-500 gallons, an electric resistance heater may be the right choice. Contact us so that we may help you determine the proper heater type and size for your pool. Oversizing the heater will draw more energy than necessary, while undersizing can cause extended run times, also resulting in using more energy than necessary.
